Who we are
The meaning behind the name.
In judo, "otoshi" (落とし) means "drop" or "fall" – part of several throwing techniques, including Tai Otoshi (body drop) and Tani Otoshi (valley drop), classified as Sutemi Waza, sacrifice techniques.
Founded in Dieppe in 2012, Otoshi has grown into a community of more than 200 judoka, coached by eight certified Senseis under Technical Director Stéphane Bérubé – built on discipline, respect, and a genuine love of the sport.
